For us to provide an assessment, we would need you to complete our online Referral Form (or we can post a hardcopy). Referrals can be made by parents, carers, or Professionals (health, education, or social care). Parental consent must be gained before you complete our Referral Process.

You can email us to request our list of fees. We have suggested assessment packages which we say are around £650, however our assessments are designed for individual need, and so some children/ young people need more or less than this.

You can call or email us to ask us any questions and/or discuss concerns- we offer a free 30-minute consultation, to either assess if we can help, or to signpost you on to other appropriate services.
We will need you to complete our detailed Referral Form We may also request any professional educational and/or health and social care reports that are relevant, which will help us to formulate how we can best help. If appropriate, we may also ask to speak to other professionals, such as school.
We cannot provide diagnoses, however following from assessment, our report can be used as evidence to support ongoing assessment of a diagnosis.
Yes, we will usually complete our initial assessment in our specialist clinic environment, where we have our Sensory integration room, play equipment, and other assessments. Following on from this, we may carry out a home and/or school/nursery visit if deemed necessary – but these are not part of our standard assessment package.
Following from our assessment we will provide a report detailing our findings, analysis and recommendations. We will arrange a follow-up call to discuss the report once this has been sent to you and to go through the recommendations. These could include direct therapy intervention, sensory recommendations for at home and school, and recommended equipment.
We will send you a Clinic Risk Assessment for you to read and complete once our clinic appointment has been confirmed. We have disabled parking available and the building we are located has a ramp entrance and our clinic is accessible via a lift. Please let us know in detail of additional support you require, and we will accommodate to the best of our abilities.
We do provide intervention sessions, in clinic, school or home. We would need to complete an assessment prior to providing intervention sessions. In some circumstances, we can use assessments completed by other professionals, but this is assessed on an individual basis.
