What I do at Juniper Tree Therapy

I work behind the scenes to help ensure everything runs smoothly for our team, and the families we support. My role includes coordinating therapist schedules, managing room bookings, and handling the logistics that keep our day-to-day operations organised and efficient.

From the moment a family or individual first contacts us, I aim to help create a seamless experience – whether it’s answering initial enquiries, scheduling sessions, or making sure everyone is in the right place at the right time. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and well-organised service that allows our therapists to focus on what they do best: delivering high-quality care.

About me

I began my career as a primary school teacher, working in early years education and supporting young children during their foundational stages of development. After several years in teaching, I transitioned into the healthcare sector, initially working with an independent physiotherapy team.

My journey then led me to Yorkshire Ambulance Service, where I spent seven years in Recruitment and HR. I was responsible for hiring across a wide range of roles within the service, gaining valuable insight into the healthcare system – and occasionally enjoying the fun of exploring the ambulances myself!
