Home Therapeutic Activities: Movement Opportunities

We want to provide some ideas for providing calming sensory input for families to try at home, where you don’t necessarily have access to or space for equipment. These ideas are specifically designed to hold in mind children who might have difficulties which might be associated with diagnoses of Autism Spectrum Disorder and Learning Disabilities, or similar difficulties which could make it more challenging for children to self-generate novel and motivating ways to play.
